The Arc, Ocean County Chapter recognized staff who have been with the agency for 10 or more years supporting people with disabilities at the annual Longevity Awards on March 7, 2024.

Dedicated employees were celebrated with dinner and thoughtful sentiments by residents and participants of The Arc. 80 staff received the honor of joining the “10+ Club” with the agency. The evening brought lots of laughter and memories from the past, even an impromptu trivia game of The Arc of Ocean’s history.

The staff shared their appreciation for The Arc and their co-workers, who have been there with them for the joys and the challenges of life, both personally and professionally.
