An important part of our mission at The Arc, Ocean County Chapter is spreading awareness about intellectual and developmental disabilities and the programs and services we offer to foster community inclusion.
Disability awareness helps educate our community on barriers individuals with disabilities encounter, proper disability etiquette when communicating with individuals with IDD, and encouraging understanding for all abilities.
