Your formal ticket includes a fun night of dancing to a live DJ and capturing memories in the photo booth, along with a tasty four-course dinner. Start with a Caesar salad, select chicken, turkey, or fish for your main course, and enjoy warm apple crisp for dessert.

For dietary restrictions, please select the appropriate option to ensure the hotel can accommodate your needs in advance. If you need a pureed meal, make sure to check off “puree please” along with the food option. If you request a gluten-free or dairy-free meal, you'll receive a fruit cup appetizer, a salad without croutons, a choice of chicken or turkey without gravy for the entree, and a fruit cup for dessert.

Things to remember:

1. If purchasing multiple tickets, please include your guest’s name and meal choice in the comment box.

2. While we will have a dedicated group of enthusiastic volunteers assisting during the event, we encourage you to attend with your loved one if they require close or line-of-sight supervision, as we cannot guarantee continuous supervision for any individual.

3. For drop-off and pick-up, we ask that someone come inside the Clarion to escort the partygoer. This ensures everyone's safety, allowing us to confirm they have been dropped off or picked up by a responsible party.
