Join us for a group fitness class that incorporates strength training and cardio conditioning.

All levels of experience are welcome - beginners to advanced! Exercises can be modified for individual needs.

Great for our Wave Riders athletes looking to stay active between sports.

$175 with transportation from our Brick location

Join our Arc Ocean Wave Riders team as we compete in Soccer, one of the most popular sports in the world, with the Special Olympics New Jersey.

5-a-side Team Soccer. All levels of experience are welcome - beginners to advanced!

Practice Dates: Thursdays, August 20th& 27th, September 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th, October 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd

Uniforms & shin guards will be provided to the athletes and must be returned to the Arc Ocean Wellness Coordinator at the end of the season.

Athletes will provide their own soccer cleats and soccer socks which are required for game play.

No metal cleats allowed.

Note: Should your athlete require close or line-of-sight supervision, please accompany them to all of the practices and games.

The legendary Field of Dreams adaptive park in Toms River is allowing us to host a midsummer’s night BBQ at their incredible park- cohosted by Monica Godin, our wellness coordinator. Grab some grub, a cold drink, come play games & enjoy the park!
