The Arc, Ocean County Chapter

We believe there is “Power in Membership” and we need your voice now more than ever. As a member of The Arc, Ocean County Chapter you have the honor to become an advocate and ally for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ocean County, New Jersey, and across the United States.

The Arc of New Jersey with local chapters, including The Arc of Ocean County, is tirelessly advocating to protect Medicaid. The federal entitlement program is critical to ensuring services and supports for people with disabilities in our state. Together with one strong voice of our members, self-advocates, and families we are educating and advocating with decision-makers about the impact potential Medicaid cuts would have on our community. Individuals with disabilities depend on Medicaid, we must protect it.

This year, we call on our members past, present, and future to take action: contact your elected officials and advocate to protect Medicaid. Share your stories, share your passions, and share your concerns.
