Join The Arc, Ocean County Chapter in showing your support for the Journeys and Discovery Adult Training Center's "Amazing Creations" art display.
The Journeys and Discovery program loves to encourage participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities to explore their creativity and express themselves through art.
Using a variety of materials and techniques, each participant used mixed media to enhance and highlight their own art displays. Through this process, participants not only developed their artistic skills but also explored their creativity, connected with others, and discovered new interests.
The original pieces of art will be on display at the Brick Library located at 301 Chambers Bridge Rd, Brick NJ 08723 starting February 1st through February 28th, with a reception on Thursday, February 8th from 5:30 pm-8:00 pm to celebrate the artists and their creations.
