This apartment is conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Avenue Route 9 in Toms River. The two (2) bedroom apartment features both handicap accessible kitchen and bathroom and an open concept floor plan.  Residents of the complex can utilize the on-site fitness room, community rooms and outside recreational area.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy would be a male between the ages of 20-50. He would be living with one other male, which common areas would be shared. This person must be able to self-preserve, as staff are not in the apartment at all times.
