Opening for a male or female candidate who can respond to emergencies by ambulating independently with verbal prompting, as the GH currently has 3 wheelchair-dependent residents that require physical assistance with 2-person transfers in case of emergency.

This male/female group home is located close to Route 88 in Brick Township.  This one-story ranch-style group home has 5 bedrooms and features handicap-accessible ramps in the front and back of the home and three bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible. 

The ideal candidate for this vacancy would be a male or female between the ages of 20-70. He or she would be living with one other female and three other males, three of whom use wheelchairs in the home. The common areas and bathrooms would be shared.  This group home currently has enhanced medical support with LPN staffing from 7 am to 11 pm. 

DSPs are available for support on-site, 24 hours a day, to assure we meet the needs of the individuals.
