The New Jersey Office of the Governor invited The Arc, Ocean County Chapter to share the story of a compassionate Direct Support Professional, Jacob, and how his dedication supports resident Marty's independence as a group home resident and his quality of life in the community.
Thank you to Governor Phil Murphy for helping to highlight all the group homes that support individuals with IDD, the incredible work of our Direct Support Professionals, and how the DSP wage increases have helped strengthen the workforce and recognize the invaluable impact DSPs make every day.
