A dedicated Direct Support Professional can change the life of a person with disabilities. They celebrate milestones, teach new life skills, provide a safe space, make meals together, take trips, advocate, and create memories that last a lifetime.
This week, we join the nation to honor DSP Recognition Week for the hard work and heart of each DSP at The Arc, Ocean County Chapter. You are the backbone of all that we do as an agency, and most importantly you are the light in the lives of the 1,100 individuals we support.
