This year’s Renewal Day full-staff meeting was a powerful reminder of what makes The Arc, Ocean County Chapter such an extraordinary place to work. With a spirited theme of “We Are Arc Ocean” and the energy of a school pep rally, staff from every program and department came together for a day focused on connection, pride, and renewed purpose.
The morning kicked off with team-building activities that encouraged collaboration, creativity, and plenty of smiles. Staff also enjoyed meaningful moments of self-reflection, taking time to recognize why we recommit ourselves each year to providing life-changing support for individuals with disabilities.
Throughout the event, teams shared fun and uplifting videos that captured their department’s unique spirit, showing off just how strong our Arc Ocean pride truly is. And, the Executive Director shared updates that provided insight into what the upcoming year will bring, offering motivation and clarity as we move into new opportunities and initiatives.
Renewal Day wrapped up with an overwhelming sense of unity, gratitude, and encouragement. Together, we celebrated the shared mission that connects us all—and reaffirmed that no matter where we work within the agency, We Are Arc Ocean.
