The Arc, Ocean County Chapter, recently held its annual Longevity Celebration to honor our dedicated staff who have served 10 years or more supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This year’s celebration took place aboard the beautiful River Lady Dinner Cruise, creating a warm and festive atmosphere to reflect on years of meaningful service.
Staff shared heartfelt memories and reflections, taking a walk down memory lane that highlighted the impact, growth, and connections made over the years.
Among this year’s honorees was an incredible milestone — one team member celebrated an astounding 38 years of service!
Each honoree received a commemorative long-sleeve shirt, signifying their place in our special Longevity Club, a symbol of the pride and commitment that defines our Arc Ocean family.
We’re grateful for their unwavering dedication and continued passion for making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
