Spring in Ocean County is packed with fun and inclusive Recreation activities for individuals with disabilities.
It all starts with the Spring Formal on Thursday, May 1, a magical night of dinner and dancing. Bowlers can celebrate their seasons at the Ocean Stars Pizza Party on May 20 and the Ocean Rollers Party on June 9, complete with pizza, dessert, and great company.
Weekly programs keep the fun going—Track and Field on Tuesdays, Basketball Skills & Play on Wednesdays, and Nutritious Cooking on Thursdays offer exciting ways to stay active and engaged. Saturdays bring even more fun with Northern Saturday Rec, featuring crafts, games, and outings to local parks, zoos, and fairs.
Special events round out the season, including the Wave Riders Pep Rally on May 3, SMILES Trips to a Yankees game (May 4), Beetlejuice Jr. (May 17), and a scenic River Lady Cruise on June 27. Don’t miss our themed dances—Disney Night on May 30 and a Pirate Dance on June 20.
