The Arc, Ocean County Chapter raised over $71,000 at this year’s 21st Anniversary Step Up for The Arc Walk on Saturday, May 13th benefiting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every dollar raised directly impacts the 1,000 individuals with disabilities in Ocean County supported by The Arc.

More than 500 participants “stepped up” to celebrate our community at the Jersey Shore BlueClaws stadium to fundraise for The Arc’s programs and services. The event offered inclusive and fun crafts, carnival games, yoga stretches, refreshments, a photo booth, a 1-mile walk celebration led by a marching band, and an after-party lunch courtesy of Jersey Mike’s Subs and Rita’s Water Ice.
