The Arc, Ocean County Chapter is seeking business partnerships for our Employment Supports Services.
Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities at The Arc, Ocean County Chapter participate in various community based service options to gain the skills for competitive employment and find meaningful work in the community.
Supported Employment Services refers to the development of employment opportunities, as well as hands-on, continuous support required to maintain employment.
Trial Work Experience (TWE) is where individuals participate in a variety of experiences in various work related settings in the most integrated environment possible.
