This week, we were presented with a $15,000 check from the OceanFirst Foundation to help us reach our goal to install touchless sinks at our six vocational day programs.

Our Executive Director, Laura Williams and participants at Journeys and Discovery were joined by the OceanFirst Foundation to accept the generous grant award at our headquarters in Lakewood, NJ. 

Since closing our day programs in March due to the pandemic, we knew we needed new and innovative solutions when reopening. By installing touchless sinks, we can provide one more simple step to ensure the health and safety of our participants and staff.

We are thankful to the OceanFirst Foundation for helping us get closer to reaching our goal. To date, we have raised $37,000 towards our $42,000 COVID-19 Relief Campaign goal.
