We are celebrating our incredible Direct Support Professionals for DSP Recognition Week September 7th-13th with staff, clients, and friends of #ArcOcean for Spirit Week.
Our DSPs are the heart of direct support services for people with disabilities. They are compassionate, dedicated, patient and kind. They bring respect and joy to the residents, set reachable goals and make dreams come true, lend a hand (over hand) to build life skills, provide insightful tools to face challenges, and advocate for what matters most.
To The Arc of Ocean DSPs: we appreciate all that you do, we recognize all that you do, and we thank you for all that you do for the individuals with IDD we support and their families. We are a better and more inclusive community because YOU are a part of it.

Spirit Week is a fun opportunity to capture our residents, participants, and staff together, enjoying the simple and everyday lives we all lead with a smile and a reminder that we are here, dedicating our lives to making a difference.
