The Arc, Ocean County Chapter, is celebrating the sunny season with our Summer Series, spotlighting participants from our residential and vocational programs as they share their favorite things about summer!
This week, we get to know two participants from our Community Connections Adult Training Center.
Arielle B. is all about sweet treats and tropical dreams. Her favorite summer snacks are banana splits and root beer floats! Arielle loves heading to the movies to beat the heat and has big plans to vacation in the Bahamas. One exciting goal she hopes to achieve before summer’s end is working at a horse farm with her program—go Arielle!
Barry T. is savoring the season with his favorite BBQ foods—hot dogs, of course! He enjoys relaxing poolside with a swim and is setting his sights on a summer trip to the Seaside boardwalk for some classic shore fun.
