Point Pleasant, NJ (April 23, 2018): The Arc Ocean County Chapter celebrated individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on Thursday, April 19th at this year’s “Rock the Night” Dinner Dance at Crystal Point Yacht Club in Point Pleasant, NJ.

The event honored Mayor John Ducey of Brick Township with the 2018 Humanitarian Award for his commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities in the community and Mr. Matthew Redmond with the 2018 Heart & Soul Award, fondly referred to as Mayor Matt.

“To honor Mayor Ducey and Mayor Matt together this year was very meaningful to us at The Arc Ocean County Chapter,” said Laura Williams, Executive Director. “Both mayors are exemplary advocates for the community we serve and for that, we are so grateful.”
