The Arc, Ocean County Chapter's new Wellness Program through its Recreation Services is here to encourage and support an active, healthy lifestyle by offering a variety of fun and engaging opportunities to improve fitness, discover new activities, and take steps toward better health.
Please take note:
- Should your loved one require close or line-of-sight supervision, please accompany them to the activities. The Arc does not guarantee supervision to any one individual participant during wellness programs.
- For fitness activities, dress in activewear with sneakers, and remember your water bottle!
