Location: Drop off/pick up is at 150 Oberlin Ave\, Unit 1-4\, Lak ewood\, NJ\, 08701. \n\n2. Time: Please remember to be on time for drop of f/pick up. Participants should be brought into the building by family/staf f to ensure all pertinent information is exchanged. Saturday Recreation wi ll be 10:00am- 3:00pm.\n\n3. COVID/Masking Policy: Masking for recreationa l activities is strongly encouraged but no longer mandatory for both indoo r and outdoor activities. If feeling ill\, please stay home. If any partic ipant tests positive for COVID-19\, please notify Lauren Sarno via email i mmediately.\n\n4. Financial Policy: Should an individual want to bring per sonal money for snacks and souvenirs\, Recreational staff can hold onto pe rsonal funds if necessary.\n\n5. Medication Policy: Anyone who requires me dications to be administered during recreational events must email Lauren. Sarno@arcocean.org with a medication list and prescriptions for those medi cations 7 days prior to scheduled activity. All prescriptions must be upda ted within the year and must match exactly what is written on the original medication container/bottle. All medications for administration must be k ept in original containers and not prepackaged medication pockets/envelope s. Unfortunately\, if the prescription\, medication container and pre-writ ten MAR don’t match or if there are questions that cannot be answered by t he start of the trip\, we will not be able to administer the medications t o the individual. \n\n6. Lunch: All participants must bring lunch and a dr ink each week. \n\n7. Cancellations: Please be advised that\, if you have signed up for a date\, please let Lauren Sarno know ASAP (by emailing laur en.sarno@arcocean.org) if you cannot attend. Emergency day-of cancellation s can be made in the same fashion (lauren.sarno@arcocean.org). If a person cancels/no call-no shows 3 times within a quarter\, that person will be s uspended from attending for the rest of the quarter and will be able to si gn up again the following quarter. \n\n8.
