Program Assistants are vital to our everyday residential operations. The successful candidate for these positions will provide supports to individuals with disabilities in a residential (Group Home, Supervised Apartment, or Supportive Living) environment.
Responsibilities include teaching life skills and managing the personal care of all the individuals living in the community residence. The successful candidate will be at least 18 years of age, have a valid, NJ Driver's License with no more than 5 points, and a minimum of a H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.

We are currently seeking Assistant Group Home Managers who will be responsible for assisting the manager with the the day to day operation of a community residence that supports individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities will include assistance with teaching life skills and guiding the personal and social development of the individuals in the home, as well as writing and managing individual habilitation plans for each of the residents in the group home. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be assist with maintaining staff schedules and assisting the manager with scheduling staff for trainings.

We are currently seeking several Program Instructors to work in our Adult Training Centers.
The successful candidate will provide direct support and individualized vocational training to the participants of this day program. The Program Instructor will provide assistance with activities, daily living, and socialization, and will ensure that participants are given the opportunity to be trained in the vocational area(s) of interest, based on the participants' skill sets.

As a Respite Provider, you will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their homes. Respite providers offer supervision including hands on assistance as needed by teaching skills and guiding the personal and social development of each individual. This includes assistance with and implement activities of daily living and socialization including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, shopping, hygiene and grooming, leisure activities, sports activities etc.
This is a part time position-5 hours per week. This successful candidate will be at least 18 years of age, have a valid NJ Driver's license with no more than 5 points, and a minimum of a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
We are currently offering a great opportunity to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities! We are in need of Group Home Managers to oversee Residential Programs in Brick, Lacey, and Beachwood. Responsibilities include the overall management of daily activities of residents in the Group Home. Scheduling staff and ensuring that DDD standards are maintained throughout all facets of the Group Home. Must also recruit, hire, and supervise staff in the performance of their duties.
The successful candidate must be at least 18yrs. of age, have a valid NJ DL with no more than 5pts, and a minimum of 2 years working with individuals with disabilities as well as previous experience working in a Group Home. May need to be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the programs. The Residence Manager must also be willing to participate in a Monthly On-Call Rotation.
We are currently seeking Part-Time Recreation Assistants to work with individuals with disabilities in a social setting. A Recreation Assistant provides opportunities for participants to enhance their quality of life by increasing socialization skills, integrating into the community and participating in recreational activities on site and in their community.
The successful candidate will provide supports during different group outings, social events (i.e. Dances, fitness clubs, arts & crafts, cooking clubs, etc.) and small group trips. They will provide transportation (using agency vehicles) and provide support and supervision during various activities. Additionally, they will encourage active involvement in all activities and present as a good social role model for all individuals within the programs.

We are currently seeks several Part Time Drivers to transport individuals from their community residences to and from their Day Programs/Work Shop. The successful candidate must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid NJ DL with no more than 5 points, and a minimum of a H.S. Diploma or GED.
They must also be able to work a split shift.
The hours for the position are 7a-9a and 2:30-4:30, Monday-Friday.

with disabilities, is seeking currently seeking Full Time, Part Time and Substitute LPNs to work with individuals with disabilities. We are looking for full-time LPNs in the Barnegat area and Part Time and Substitutes for the Brick area.
The LPN, under the direction of the agency RN, monitors and provides for the
clinical care of our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation
and evaluation. They will collect case histories, record services provided, and
prepare medication records.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with
individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and at least 1
year of medical/surgical experience. They will also be at least 18 yrs. of age
and have a valid NJ Driver's License with no more than 5 points.
We are currently seeking a full time Crew Chief to providing training, supervision and support to individuals with disabilities who are employed on a cleaning crew. The crew chief will take a group of individuals to various contracted sites throughout the community to perform cleaning services while supervising a group of individuals with disabilities who are also employed through the cleaning service. The successful candidate must have at least two years of janitorial experience and previous experience with stripping and waxing large floor areas.
The candidate must also have a flexible schedule in order to meet the cleaning needs of the various contracts. Successful candidates must also be at least 18 years of age, have a valid NJDL, and the ability to drive and operate a 10-12 passenger van. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Employment Specialists work with participants in our Self-Directed Services Programs. They are responsible for developing employment, self-employment, and/or volunteer opportunities to expand on skills necessary for competitive employment. They also provide community based job training opportunities to address job modifications and/or job restructuring to develop natural supports. They also provide job, career and life skill training to enhance employability skills. Must be able to contact, network and develop relationships with potential employers.
This position requires a BS/BA in Human Services or related field.
To assist, mentor, advise, and instruct individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while they secure gainful employment within the community.
Candidate must be 18 yrs or older, have a valid NJ DL w/no more than 5pts, and a high school diploma or GED. We are seeking individuals that have experience working in the field of developmental disabilities and is familiar with the background of job coaching and instruction. Must have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the individuals within our services, this is a 40hr per week position.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time, experienced Payroll Clerk. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Verifying all regular, overtime and other hours/times worked on computerized time sheets through ADP Workforce Now.
2. Process all employee changes related to rates of pay, retro pay, changes to voluntary deductions and changes to statutory deductions.
3. Transmit payroll data within deadline and provide information to accountants as necessary for payroll transfer.
4. Respond to all payroll related inquiries including disability and unemployment forms, garnishment calculations and all other information requested by agency personnel.
5. Prepare and process all reports through ADP software as deemed necessary.
6. Maintain all files related to payroll information including payroll registers, time sheets and employee change forms.
7. Prepare bills for Vendors in Quickbooks and post to Blackbaud Accounting Systems.
8. Prepare journal entries for all payroll transactions.
The successful candidate for this position will:
1. Have at least 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now in a payroll/accounting capacity.
2. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Have expert computer skills including MS Excel, ADP Payroll Systems and other accounting systems.
3. Have a H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
4. Will be able to work independently and as a part of a bigger team.
